Unwise move made by the Paralympian Star

He has been trending on every social network for more than two months, More on twitter. I guess what the state prosecutor Gerrie Nel has been trying to portray to the whole nation about what happened on the night  of valentines day last year is Making exteme sense indeed, that Oscar Pistoruis has anger management issues and that shooting and killing his girlfriend Reeva Steenkamp was intentional and not accidental. This links to an incident that happened two weeks ago when the accused went nightclubbing on Saturday night in Johannesburg while his murder trial is still at stake and got into a meer fight with a business man named Jared Motimer.

Was this a wise move for Oscar Pistorius to go out nightclubbing while his murder trial is still on the go? Do you think him going to a nightclub and getting into a fight while on trial will affect his case in anyway ?  This takes us back to the fight and flight response, do you think Oscar Pistoruis knew that going nightclubbing was extremely wrong , And what does this say about his moral values? Does it seem as if he abided to his bail conditions or not?

  1. Oscar is grown man who can distinguish what is right from wrong so he knows that he is guilty of murder that is why he is behaving in such ways like going to the club. he should be prosecuted for life time in prison.

  2. i think it was very stupid of him to clubbing before the judge says the final decision. In other words he is telling the word that he do not care and he is moving with his life.

  3. It was a very stupid move. What was he doing at the club anyway? this shows that he does not even regret killing Reeva.

  4. I think is only Oscar who knows what happened that night and he knows the truth and nothing but the truth, and if he believe that he is not guilty and he killed his girlfriend by mistake, than he is not guilty.

  5. Triphinah the is a reason we have a justice in this country so that people who no longer have a voice like Reeva may have someone to stand up for them because if we believed every criminal that said they did not kill or rape what was the society going to look like criminals would be free and victims left with the sorrow and burden. So I totally disagree with you Oscar did the deed and he should be charged for it we can not judge him based on what he believes.

  6. mmabatho in my opinion Oscar can differentiate what is right and what is wrong, we have all been taught that through our stages of life. and nkateko it was a very unwise move for oscar to go to the club it really does make him look as if he has no sympathy for what has happened though this has really taken a real change into his life . and mmabuseng i think oscar does regret murdering his girlfriend everyone who commits a crime does regret at some point of their life . and triphina the your innocent untill your proven guilty and the only person who has oscars fate at the moment is judge Thokozile Masipa .

  7. mmabatho oscar doesnt deny killing Reeva but he says its a terrible mistake,Hes defence lawyer Barry Roux is fighting for him to get a lighter sentence and prove that he did not kill intentionally, though firing four shots out of a locked toilet door is a bit unextreme
